Samsung’s earlier flagship device was its Samsung Galaxy S8. This Smartphone got a huge response in the markets and users like this device very much. Galaxy S8 also released with TouchWiz OS based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow like the other smartphones. Now the device has got an Official Android Nougat update for the users.

The Samsung’s TouchWiz OS uses more storage with unwanted apps and lots of bloatware. As you all know that Samsung stock ROM comes with TouchWiz OS and some users are afraid of its unwanted Apps that lags lots of device storage, Which cannot be uninstalled or removed. To remove these unwanted apps your device must be rooted.

So if you want to use the stock ROM by removing unwanted apps and make your device performs smoother and clean, then just follow the below steps carefully.


Don’t forget to charge your device above 70% or higher

Take a full backup of your device before starting any process

Download and Install the Samsung USB drivers on your PC.

Steps To Install TWRP:

First Download the ODIN from the below link and install it on your PC

Now Install the Samsung USB Drivers on your system

Download the TWRP file for your Galaxy S8 device

Steps to Root Galaxy S8 by Using TWRP:

At first Download, the SuperSU.zip file and move it to your device internal storage

Now power off your device

Boot your device into recovery mode by holding volume up+home+power buttons simultaneously

wipe Cache/Dalvik Cache memory

Go back to Install options

Select the downloaded SuperSU.zip file and slide to install it

wait till the installation finished

No reboot your device
